- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

- Labeling: Clearly mark the package with the provided RA number. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it for eligibility. If approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
